Located in the beautiful hilltop town of Sancerre in the Loire Valley, Savoir Wine Academy was created from the love of wine. In every bottle of wine there is a story that entwines history, geography, and the dreams of the wine maker. Inspired by the French verb 'savoir' meaning 'to know',
I seek out the story behind the wine to share it with you. Join our fun wine and cheese classes courses created for the novice and serious oenophile alike. Custom tours are available.
